A large property agent and land seller invited us to adapt the design of their front of house and back offices, fitting local materials such as wood paneling, desking and reception counters for the front of house and back offices.
Most of these flats were bought to rent for an expat market, the brief was to attract clients from all over the world; by keeping the look simple exuding comfort while adding interesting accessories that would catch the eye, we achieved this with great success.
The brief was to appeal to young middle class Khmer – selling open plan studio apartments in a cool and modern style – we used 2 colour ways to test the market resulting in successful sales.
